1. About Weeve

Weeve is a marketplace connecting companies and independent professionals in the Web3 industry. Weeve provides the platform - job listings, applications, offers, contracts, messaging, and payment tooling - but is not a party to any employment or service agreement concluded between users.

2. Early access

Weeve is currently in a limited early-access phase. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be unavailable, or be withdrawn without notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or legal entity per account.

4. Payments and blockchain transactions

Escrow deposits, milestone releases, and salary streams are executed through third-party smart contracts (including Smart Invoice and LlamaPay) on public blockchains. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Weeve does not custody funds and cannot reverse, refund, or recover on-chain transactions. You are responsible for verifying wallet addresses and transaction details before confirming, and for any taxes arising from payments you send or receive.

5. User content and conduct

You retain rights to content you post and grant Weeve a licence to display it on the platform. Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; do not use the platform for spam, fraud, or money laundering.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weeve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for losses arising from smart-contract or blockchain failures, or for disputes between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes and contact
